Since graduating with Honors from the Indiana University School of Law in 1987, James Ludlow has exclusively represented injured people and the families of those who have been wrongfully killed throughout Indiana.

When you are seriously injured, you need an attorney who understands how the injury affects you physically, emotionally, and financially, both now and in the future. I understand that a serious injury turns lives upside down, and I have the background and experience to aggressively pursue your case.

In a recent case that involved a severely burned child, it was obvious that the injury would have lifelong consequences both physically and emotionally for the child and her parents. While the claim was pending, I understood that in addition to legal representation, it was important that I was available to listen to the family’s needs and concerns and offer practical solutions. I was thus able to refer the family to appropriate social services that were also able to provide assistance while the claim was pending.

With more than two decades of experience in handling injury claims, I understand the serious injuries that can result from accidents, and how specific injuries may affect a client over their lifetime. With this knowledge, I make sure that the liability insurance company of the person who caused the accident, and if necessary any jury that may hear the case, understands the nature of the injury and its long-term consequences so that his clients receive the compensation they rightfully deserve.
